MICRO - PATRIOTISM

Instead of hoping for others to be there for you, let’s make a society in which you are there for anyone and everyone who needs your help. Talking about patriotism sitting on our couch, or texting on twitter does not make significant difference to the country. If we see patriotism as a practical application instead of a theory, it is divided into two parts. The two parts are macro and micro patriotism, Macro patriotism is out of reach for most of us, but micro patriotism is simple and easy to practice. Picking a piece of paper or an ice-cream wrapper from the road, come under micro patriotism. Standing up for you and for others is micro patriotism. Inculcating a spirit of being Indian in our heart is required. Mere believing in the growth of the country is enough, instead of cursing it for what’s wrong. Take the responsibility keeping roads clean or keeping calm while driving on the roads and reduce honking and cussing on other car drivers. The spirit lies in our heart, we just ne...

TIPS AND TRICKS

It is quite a simple thing. Small things that we see in our surroundings. We all see it but some absorb it. We all have read those behavioral tips sort of books or have got some tips, but it’s not everybody who absorbs it. Training might have been for everyone but only a few might have got the gist of the workshops. It is up to you that you just have to attend a workshop or gain something out of it and apply it in real life. I was travelling in a train. Now I want to tell you about two people that I encountered in the train. First was the worker or waiter who was serving us food in the train. They were several waiters but that one guy was serving each and every person with a wonderful, warm and broad smile. He was asking people travelling in the train again and again if they wanted something else. Other employs were also doing their job but he was doing it the best way. People were complimenting him like anything. All the workers might have attended some workshop on how...

happy endings

this is the point guys. happy endings sucks.the reason being ,it isn't real .may be the happy part is real ,but it is not the ending. it  is wierd that each movie in our bollywood cinema has a happy ending .i mean really , does life has such endings ? The life goes on having some happy and some bad times. Why in a movie, the love birds are married, or the evil is killed  , or someone has a sense of realisation in his or her eyes and that's it. This is how each movie in bollywood ends. Have we ever thought about Raj and Simran of ddlj and their life after their marriage considering that Raj has failed his grad exams,or love aaj kal which ends with the love birds being together, but did they again break up, as they did earlier in the movie? So guys it is for us to realize that , “happily ever after “ is not a real thing . The fairy tales don’t get it right anyways .So stop waiting for that moment in your life , because the present is all you have .as it says:-  ...

for those who get bullied

It’s OK guys. Stop caring about what others say , because it doesn’t even matter. Today you are getting influenced by what people are saying ,tomorrow these people won’t be there or may be, their views will change. What will not change and is the best is , “what you think about yourself”. The world doesn’t work on beauty , but instead works on your personality , or how confident you are about yourself Of course change is the way of life, but change for yourself , not for others . because frankly speaking , they don’t care about it. Looking and being your best is important and is enough for us to live in this fake world. The fake world that works only on visual perceptions.

who are you ?

They say that it is easy to know others, or rather judje them as we indians do,but it is difficult to know yourself. This so true! I don't have an answer to "tell me something about yourself".  So, in this article i will try to figure out myself. Let me see ..... okay ,i am a student 'for life'as they say, food fanatic ,crazy for the Shahrukh khan mythology, sweet poison as far as matter of speech is concerned, delhite ,bargaining queen.can't do away without the latest fashion trends, ...and yes most importantly ,phobic to lizards.                           I am unique ,and so is my colour. In simple terms ,i have a darker shade of skin complexion.  You know why ,this question is necesary? This quetion is as liked by the company HR's as much as they love their job.  The second reason ,obviosly being broadening your perspective for life .I know it's really interesting to judje people, but get some time an...

the city with the mistaken identity

According to the people who know delhi  just by its name have a totally mistaken and wrong identity of the city. the city’s air has some sort of nasha in it . but frankly speaking guys that nasha ,na to kisi club ki daaru ka hai ,na hookah ka, or na hi kisi so called narcotic drug ka .This nasha is the spirit of the city. The nasha of hard working shopkeepers sweating from head to toe , selling products any time we need it.The nasha of ‘stress and still enjoying’ 9-5 office goers , whose working hours keep on increasing with the consent of their sarcastically god bosses .The nasha of innocence     of  the school students , eating ice-cream ,chuski and chole kulche etc. outside their schools , after the school and waiting for their van wale bhaiya to come in the magnanimous traffic .Small-small kids having their birthday party with their school friends and a few close relatives in mcdonalds. People go to big restaurants but they prefer and love street fo...
