It is quite a simple thing. Small things that we see in our surroundings. We all see it but some absorb it. We all have read those behavioral tips sort of books or have got some tips, but it’s not everybody who absorbs it. Training might have been for everyone but only a few might have got the gist of the workshops. It is up to you that you just have to attend a workshop or gain something out of it and apply it in real life. I was travelling in a train. Now I want to tell you about two people that I encountered in the train. First was the worker or waiter who was serving us food in the train. They were several waiters but that one guy was serving each and every person with a wonderful, warm and broad smile. He was asking people travelling in the train again and again if they wanted something else. Other employs were also doing their job but he was doing it the best way.
