the city with the mistaken identity

According to the people who know delhi  just by its name have a totally mistaken and wrong identity of the city. the city’s air has some sort of nasha in it . but frankly speaking guys that nasha ,na to kisi club ki daaru ka hai ,na hookah ka, or na hi kisi so called narcotic drug ka .This nasha is the spirit of the city. The nasha of hard working shopkeepers sweating from head to toe , selling products any time we need it.The nasha of ‘stress and still enjoying’ 9-5 office goers , whose working hours keep on increasing with the consent of their sarcastically god bosses .The nasha of innocence     of  the school students , eating ice-cream ,chuski and chole kulche etc. outside their schools , after the school and waiting for their van wale bhaiya to come in the magnanimous traffic .Small-small kids having their birthday party with their school friends and a few close relatives in mcdonalds.
People go to big restaurants but they prefer and love street food more .The nasha of eating street food any time and any where they want .Nasha of never undermining their dressing sense, even when going to the nearest sabzi ka thela .The nasha of college students to enjoy their life to the fullest. That feeling when you go to see Republic  Day parade , and the beautiful tableaus in the January rains and the ferocious fighter planes flying over our houses .
That wonderful feeling we experience in a car, roaming on the occasionally empty roads , provided the windows are open and is complemented with your favorite sound tracks .Those lights on  janmashtmi and diwali  overlooking from the flyover .That infectious aura of Cp and specially those wanger’s sweets and patty are amazing as hell .Community jagratas , sai sandhya , diwali and holi celebrations are so captivating . The identity of the city is too cliché.
What’s more amazing are the markets like Dilli haat with Nagaland momos ,sarojini nagar with extremely affordable goods and kamla nagar trending it all.

To sum it up it is the nasha of each and every person of the city who works hard and enjoy their lives even more.

FINANCIAL LITERACY- you got to know this

Always try to turn every disaster into an opportunity.                                                                                    -Rockfeller This article is based on the conclusions derived from the book Rich dad Poor dad and my own little experiences with the financial world. The author of the book has made it a point, for us to understand that in whichever stage of life, you are in, you need to be financially literate. Be it a student, house wife or a corporate worker. It’s for everyone to understand the basics.  When asked by some of the potential inves...

MICRO - PATRIOTISM

Instead of hoping for others to be there for you, let’s make a society in which you are there for anyone and everyone who needs your help. Talking about patriotism sitting on our couch, or texting on twitter does not make significant difference to the country. If we see patriotism as a practical application instead of a theory, it is divided into two parts. The two parts are macro and micro patriotism, Macro patriotism is out of reach for most of us, but micro patriotism is simple and easy to practice. Picking a piece of paper or an ice-cream wrapper from the road, come under micro patriotism. Standing up for you and for others is micro patriotism. Inculcating a spirit of being Indian in our heart is required. Mere believing in the growth of the country is enough, instead of cursing it for what’s wrong. Take the responsibility keeping roads clean or keeping calm while driving on the roads and reduce honking and cussing on other car drivers. The spirit lies in our heart, we just ne...

happy endings

this is the point guys. happy endings sucks.the reason being ,it isn't real .may be the happy part is real ,but it is not the ending. it  is wierd that each movie in our bollywood cinema has a happy ending .i mean really , does life has such endings ? The life goes on having some happy and some bad times. Why in a movie, the love birds are married, or the evil is killed  , or someone has a sense of realisation in his or her eyes and that's it. This is how each movie in bollywood ends. Have we ever thought about Raj and Simran of ddlj and their life after their marriage considering that Raj has failed his grad exams,or love aaj kal which ends with the love birds being together, but did they again break up, as they did earlier in the movie? So guys it is for us to realize that , “happily ever after “ is not a real thing . The fairy tales don’t get it right anyways .So stop waiting for that moment in your life , because the present is all you have .as it says:-  ...
